I just ordered A Feast for Crows off of Amazon, so it’ll get here next week sometime, so I have a break to process my feelings (of which I have several), and maybe read some other books.

Seriously, George R. R. Martin. Stop. Stop making me have so many emotions.

Urgh I just want to read all of these books as fast as I can so I can go back and reread them. I feel like there are so many things I missed because I was too busy turning the pages as fast as humanly possible.

I’m reading Clash of Kings, and someone important just died (I’m a little over halfway done with the book), and instead of being all sad or like “omg that person just died I can’t believe it” I was just kind of like “oh…moving on.”

I can’t feel feelings anymore. Game of Thrones saw to that. Game of Thronesbroke my feelings.

Two things actually. One is a little more plausible.

So I am recently obsessed with Game of Thrones. I’m only about 150 pages into the second book, so please don’t spoil anything for me by replying to this and being all JON SNOW KILLED JON ARRYN IN THE BILLIARDS ROOM WITH A CANDLESTICK or something.

SIDE NOTE: oh god GOT Clue would be SO FUCKING AWESOME. Most GOT-themed board games would be pretty much the best thing ever. Someone get on that.

ANYWAY.

So I really loved Dany and Khal Drogo. They seemed to really love each other and care for each other, and when that…fell through [Ben, we need to finish watching the show because I don’t want to spoil any of it for you, even though I probably already have, and yeah] I was SO UPSET. I just love Dany so much, and I want to see her succeed in life somehow.

SO.

I’ve kind of started shipping Dany x Jorah, mostly because Ser Jorah in the show is SO DREAMY. He looks like Crocodile Dundee with a sword kind of. Whatever, he’s attractive and he’s so protective over Dany and it’s adorable.

But that ship isn’t that strange. I think a lot of people ship that ship.

I’ve also started to ship Dany x Robb.

THINK ABOUT THE POTENTIAL!

Targaryen blood and Stark blood! The Dragon and the Dire Wolf! The cold, hard determination of the north mixed with the strong, fiery will of the Targaryens!

IT WOULD BE PERFECT.

They’re even of similar age!

Also Robb can’t marry one of the Frey girls. There’s like 400 of them and they’re all probably gross. Also what kind of power does Frey have? Sure, he and his predecessors have held the river crossing for 600 years, and that’s all fine and good, but that’s nothingcompared to the fact that Dany’s ancestors conquered the entire fucking land.Aegon built the fucking Iron Throne, he brought dragons with him! Hell. Fucking. Yes.

I may have found my GOT OTP. Even though the two haven’t even met yet. Even though either of them may die at any moment, especially since GRRM seems to like to kill off all the best characters.

I hate that I have to do this, but I don’t have HBO and I need to watch the new season of GoT or I’m going to die all over the place.

They loved each other so much, and Dany finally had a home, finally had people who loved her, and then that was all destroyed.

I think GRRM likes trolling his fandom. He’s like “alright, I’m going to make everyone love this character, and then I’m going to kill them off and laugh!”

As of right now, towards the beginning of the Second book, the only ship I’m really getting behind is Tyrion and Shae. That probably won’t end well though, knowing my luck.

I might also ship Robb and Theon, but I haven’t decided. I still can’t figure out if I trust Theon or not.

I also definitely ship Joffrey with getting a fucking flamethrower to the face.

And I ship Jon Snow with taking off all of his clothes and being a sexy mother fucker :D

All I know is that if Robb doesn’t put Jaime’s head on a pike by the end of Clash of Kings I’m going to do it myself.

As of right now (I’m about 80 pages into the second book), he hasn’t been found yet, but they’ve found the bodies of two of the men he was traveling with, so…we’ll see.

I really want him to be alive though. I love Benjen so much :((
